We had the room with a private hot spring it was luxurious and amazing! The room is quite comfortable but it is very cold (guess it’s because people often feel heated from the hot springs). You also constantly hear the water through the pipes. 😂 We only stayed one night so it wasn’t too annoying. It also very close to the train station. If we visit Beitau again, we would definitely stay here again!

Location was great. We enjoyed good service and private spa very much. However, I feel breakfast an be improved with less variety and better quality food.

In my room, it have bathtub for onsen, water came from Beitou Hot Spring. It convenient for onsen, it called private onsen. It's the most moment that I love at this hotel.

Nice location and very convenient. The property looked nice on the outside. Our room (two twins with onsen) looked tired and worn out. The onsen was rusty. The public spa was nice and quiet, but once again the facilities were well worn and fatigued appearing.

The hotel is located within 5 mins walk from XBT MRT station. There is a supermarket just next to the hotel. We enjoyed the private and spacious hot spring in the room. Buffet breakfast was nice. The hotel room looks outdated and carpet was not cleaned thoroughly.

Convenient and the breakfast 's local dishes was simple and good. Safe not working and i was told it is under upgrading. The cable TV was lagging during my 2nd night of stay throughout.
