Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast and comfortable room with a balcony and sea view. We loved it all!

If I wanna describe this hotel in one word, It would be COZY. You can find lots of little good-feeling things in this place. Strongly recommended!

Although the hotel was nice, unfortunately, the owner/manager completely ripped us off!!! We ended up paying £240 for a one night stay!!!! I had already paid around £70 through Expedia for the one night and then I told the manager I was hoping to stay for an extra 3 nights...he therefore upgraded us to the suite at a special rate. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family I told the manager on the first morning that I would only be staying one more night, he told me that I had to pay him an extra 180 euros for the extra cost of the suite for the night (I had already paid for) and an increased rate for that night. I was so upset after hearing the bad news from my family and then this felt like an added stress. He then said that if I didn’t go down to reception and pay the extra money he would just take it off my credit card!!!! I felt too uncomfortable to stay another night in a hotel where you are threatened about money, it was so disappointing, so we left after paying the 180 euros, he charged us for the second night because we checked out at 1.30pm rather than 12!!!! I could understand this mentality more if they were busy and turning people away, but we were the only guests in the hotel for the night we stayed!!! Not surprising after you see how guests are treated!! I also expected a little more empathy after the news I had just received! Altogether an appalling and extremely expensive disappointment!

Location of the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the ferry port and it is up a moderately steep road. We arrived late in the evening and discovered that they were not expecting us. The man at reception, though very polite, had to check the booking and it took several minutes before things were eventually resolved. We had booked a standard double bedroom and discovered that the room itself was quite small and the en-suite was disappointingly very small indeed. There was a small bottle of water supplied between the two of us and this was not replenished the next day. Room cleaning was just adequate - basically towels were changed and the toiletries replaced but the bed was left unmade. WiFi appeared to have some issues from time to time but was generally adequate. On the plus side, the breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly.

The hotel was a most pleasant surprise , entirely fitting to the island Very pleasant hosts who were very helpful & knowledgable We had the large suite & nothing could be faulted, from comfort of bed & pillows to bathroom & spacious balcony Breakfast was lovely ( altho lacking in gluten-free options). Proximity to center as well as sites convenient & easy. We were recommended a delightful restaurant, Loçada, & were not disappointed- felt transported to a Greek island restaurant of top quality We will definitely return , God willing

Отель находится в уютном тихом месте. Вокруг цветущие деревья. Прекрасный внутренний дворик! Номер выше всех похвал! Светлый, с великолепным дизайном, большими окнами,есть кондиционер, холодильник,фен и всё, что нужно для прекрасного отдыха. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый. Всегда помогут и подскажут. Вкусный завтрак. Мы очень рады, что отдыхали в этом отеле, и с удовольствием в него вернёмся.

Tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Oda çok temizdi. İnsanlar güler yüzlüydü. Çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı ise muhteşemdi. Kesinlikle öneririm :)

Güzel hizmet, temiz odalar ve güzel kahvaltı.

Oteldeki herkes inanılmaz tatlı ve ilgiliydi. Küçük sorunlarımıza anında çözüm üretmeye çalıştılar. Güler yüzleriyle hafta sonumuzu keyifli hale getirdikleri için teşekküür ediyoruuz :)
