Relaxing Hotel
Lovely hotel, this was our second time here. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Quiet location perfect for relaxing and meadfoot beach is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Our room had a double and a single bed, the single bed was very noisy as was the water, flushing the toilet at night would wake every one up as would run I g the tap to wash your hands. On our second night we had water coming through the ceiling from the room above, but the staff were very good. At breakfast the food and the coffee were just warm, not hot. We had a lovely 5 nights at this hotel. The food was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Would definitely go back there. The location for meadfoot beach is only a short walk from the hotel.

Little Gem
Our third stay here and not disappointed. Good choice at breakfast. We didn't go for the evening meal this time so csnt comment on the night time food. It's a good hike up and down the hill to get into Torquay but Meadfoot beach is only a 2 minute walk away. Lovely relaxing garden with plenty of choice of chairs. Would definitely recommend and we will no doubt be back.

A lovely hotel in a terrific location. The lounge, bar & dining rooms are stylish & classic. Service was very friendly & efficient & food was great. Room was fine but lacked the style of the communal areas.

OK. Reasonable customer service, and excellent location but double room was small and stuffy with no fan or Aircon. Complementary tea and coffee was a bit messy. General feel of facilities a bit dated. Breakfast was good. Overall overpriced. You pay more for the location than the quality of the room.

I night Business stay,Friendly Hotel with good food. Car Park is small , had to park in road , 2 streets away. Could do with some refurbishment, Carpets etc and my mattress had clearly seen better days .Springs gone etc.

We were very disappointed as there was no parking as advertised. The entertainment was rubbish, and the room was very small with a noisy bed. I/we feel there’s too much furniture in all the rooms! A bit dated as well
