Staff were great, helpful and absolutely best service I’ve ever had at a hotel

I had an amazing experience in my stay in one of the stunningly and marvelous Pool Suites. Highly recommended for a 5star experience... Loved every day!

Property was to big for its own good ! As in we had a pool suite and it’s so far away from the main hotel lobby / pools / restaurant, we had to wait on cars to bring us to and from lobby to room . We also got pressured into doing a time share from the hotel as they wouldn’t take no for an answer, there no gift shop or snack shop In Hotel or near hotel. They do have 24hour room service however the menu isn’t the best .

This is not a five star hotel. Four stars at best. Beds were ROCK hard, actually think I got a pinched nerve from it. There was definitely mold or something coming out of the air conditioning because we coughed the entire night once we turned it on. Not to forget, room was not cleaned until 4pm each day. Food at the hotel is terrible and expensive. Small menu, ended up eating the same bland food over and over again. They do not let you charge things to the room which I’ve never heard of? They have taxis through the hotel which overcharge by A LOT. When I mentioned we would pay half the price taking taxis back from location, staff told me they couldn’t give a “discount,” so they’re basically aware they’re overcharging. Nice view from the pool...which is why I’d give it a 5/10

Room was clean but had bad smell from bathroom, we think shower drain. Restaurant in adjacent building, and workout facility in another. Shuttle from lobby if you didn’t want to walk outdoors, walking to lobby and waiting for shuttle not relaxing. Hotel not near anything other than hotel itself. Shuttle is at fee and only goes to beach and a small mall. Weird limited choices, and not frequent trips. Ask hotel staff for best way to see The Big Buddha tourist attraction and we got a blank stare. Should we take a taxi? No expensive. Should we rent a motorbike? Yes. Where can we do that nearby? Ah... It was like 50 questions. One couple we were on shuttle with moved rest of their stay to different hotel closer to town. Ours was prepaid so stayed. Not horrible, but not fabulous either.

The Wyndham club pitch wasn't a really good experience

Stay was amazing. We totally loved the hotel, ambience, staff, Service and the food. Worth the buck you spend here. Serene, calm and clean.

The room should be clean with anti bacterial specialy bathroom

This hotel is breathtaking. I wish I could’ve stayed a lot longer. The staff was very helpful & kind. The food was delicious. The pool was very clean. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

Amazing property. Throughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel is well equipped and have all the amenities.
