Nice new facility

We had an overnight stay here before flying out of the FloMix airport. The facility seems fairly new and was very clean. The front desk help front desk staff was helpful. The dining facility was slightly crowded for the included morning breakfast. It was definitely a good value for what we paid.

Well the property is ok I guess if u just need a place to rest your head and wash up showers are very small rooms very small no central air system and be prepared to bring a euro converter for your electronics especially if your from the us the owners are very friendly and try to help as much as possible

Absolutely Fantastic!

Just a lovely place to stay! Run by a very sweet couple who are very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Comfort of a hotel with a stay at home feel. Great breakfast included with stay. Would give 11 out of 10 if the system would allow. Super convenient to the Golden Circle and Reykjavík with a Bonus supermarket and restaurant a block away for added convenience. Would recommend to everyone.

Nice stay at the outskirts of Reykjavik.

Nice small property with owners personal attention for the service. Got locked out in the night due to key not working but was quickly sorted. Good Breakfast with tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable. Over all happy with the hotel and location.

Practically perfect in every way!

Just back from a lovely weekend staying here. Hotel looks quite industrial from the outside but is cosy on the inside. Rooms are small but perfectly efficient and most importantly perfectly clean. If I'm being fussy the ceilings are more office than hotel (think office type tiling!) but as you don't spend much time looking at them it's not a huge thing. Breakfast was plentiful but beware the eggs looked peeled when the shells are actually white! Again all communal areas were lovely and clean. We did have an issue with our key not working for our room door....at 1.30am after trying to catch the illusive northern lights. It was rectified quickly. The owners speak perfect English and are helpful in everywhere way and eager to make your stay pleasant. Overall the location is fine if you have a car, Reykjavik is about 15mins or so away but parking there is plentiful and parking prices are in line with most cities. Despite the snow the roads were snow free and easy to drive on (so my Husband informs me anyway!) I would definitely reccomend staying here as a base to explore the Island!

Excellent stay

Run by a very accommodating Icelandic couple. Provided me with a laundry service when I asked about it. Breakfast is basic but a good start to the day. The internet was a bit slow but usable. We had a car and the drive into downtown Reykjavík was about 15 minutes, traffic depending. Will likely stay here again when we return!

Loved this hotel, would stay again!

What a nice little hotel! the room was clean when we arrived and clean towels were put out if we put our dirty ones on the floor. The bathroom could've used a bit more cleaning throughout the week and clean glasses would've been nice. The shower is very much on the small side! The people were wonderful and the service great! We appreciated having breakfast, although a little variety would've been nice :)
