I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it.

Bei der Ankunft gab es direkt Probleme mit der Buchung. Erst wollten sie von uns Geld haben, obwohl über Expedia alles schon bezahlt wurde. Der Herr an der Rezeption schien mir etwas unprofessionell, er hatte nicht wirklich Ahnung von dem was er tat, sehr schade. Die Betten waren auch leider sehr hat und das Rührei ungenießbar

Das Bett war sehr hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Personal war sehr nett. Prima auch der Tip wo man bei voller Belegung der Tiefgarage kostenfrei parken kann.

Holiday Inn Express is een prima accomodatie, vriendelijk personeel en erg schone kamers. Het ontbijt is dan wel inclusief maar redelijk sober, geen warms erbij. Al met al prima genoten in een lang weekend van Freiburg in een prima hotel.

reception was really disappointment hotel good

hotel location was wronly marked on the message so it was difficult if you use confirmation message. Then when we arrive receptionist lady insisted to make the payment. I shoved the confirmation message but she said not paid. I tried to explain but at the end she decided to ask her colleque we waited and waited nothing happened her colleque invited us to be calm but she did not respond then we were in the long reception que again. her colleque said everything is ok she gave the room. It was a shocking experince for me I pay in advance for easier check in process but if I do not pay online everything would be easier. Holiday Inn staff should have been trained to understand the reservation.
