The Dalbury and Palmer

When we arrived we met Fabio the head chef and Zoe who was incharge of the hotel bookings. They were absolutly delightful, i have never recieved such a warm welcome while staying at a hotel. Also the beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud!

This is an excellent boutique hotel. Clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. I recommend it, especially for someone who needs just one or two nights in Sheffield on a business trip and with a limited budget. A big advantage is the availability of parking.

Lovely location, great parking, food and amenities

Perfect for our needs, which was a one night stop over for our daughter’s interview at Sheffield Hallam Great decor and facilities.

The room was reasonably well-appointed, though on arrival, the key box proved stubborn to open. Under the bed was a previous guest's fish and chip papers in a bag. The shower room was necessarily small and the hand-basin awkward, which led me to think that the room was slightly overpriced. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable.
