Great location friendly staff and considering my romanian is not that good the staffs english was good that they new what i needed and was able to help

The hotel was in a very convenient location, clean, and very modern inside. Although clean the bathroom had an awful smell, the WiFi was really slow, and the staff was not particularly friendly. I might stay there again since the bathroom smell was probably limited to my room but the WiFi was a real problem for any extended stays.

Rude staff and the air conditioning stopped working. Called the reception with my cell (cause the room phone doesn’t work) and all they said was “weird”. I was boiled during the night. When the air conditioning works it’s on full speed and will for sure give you a pretty hard cold. The cleaners came into my room at the evening even when the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. She saw things she won’t forget!!

Good location, genuine 4 star standards - excellent rooms - small private parking - friendly and warm service

The hotel check in was brilliant. Felt completely at ease. Room was great. Staff were excellent. I only marked down the local area as I was on business and I wouldn't go to Bucharest for a holiday as it is not really my cup of tea. If you go to Bucharest use a taxi is my advice. Driving there is really Dangerous.

Mindre bra vad att jag fick vänta i receptionen 5-7 minuter pga ingen fanns på plats. Var tvungen att ringa till ett telefonnummer för att någon skulle komma och hjälpa mig med incheckning.

De metro is op loopafstand. Het ontbijt was goed en de kamer schoon. Er was een feest op zaterdagavond dat tot 2 uur duurde. Gillende kinderen, hard pratende mensen en harde muziek. Gelukkig had ik dit al eerder in een recensie gelezen waardoor we oordoppen bij ons hadden.

Hotel pulito con camere grandi e confortevoli per tre persone, il materasso un po scomodo. Bagno ampio con doccia idromassaggio. Colazione pessima solo qualcosa di salato nulla di dolce e senza personale che potesse aiutare, è stato impossibile prendere qualcosa di caldo caffe latte mischiato con tanta acqua imbevibile. La signora alla reception di un antipatia unica, mai incontrato personale cosi attizzoso.

The hotel is located next to a river/canal and a street alongside, which is rather loud, even at night. Since the hotel's windows are not well isolated, it may be hard to find sleep at night. Room/bathroom were in good condition and clean. Room keys worked well. Upon check-in, neither the guest in front of me nor myself were asked to pay, so I assumed that would happen during check-out. But the next morning when going to the breakfast room, I was intercepted by a hotel employee and asked to pay, now. That workflow appeared a bit odd to me. The breakfast I found somewhat spartan.
