Only thing that was cool was the key card, this place over charge for these tiny rooms ain’t no entertainment in the building, no pools, no free breakfast and they add a charge for parking, I been to the quality inn and it was cheaper room was bigger and got free breakfast I would never stay in a double tree again at the price I’ll go with hotels with cheaper prices bigger rooms and more perks, step your game up double tree you can do better stop charging for everything

This is a nice hotel, very comfortable and quiet. Great location for hanging out in Youngstown. But still seems a bit pricey for Youngstown, especially with no breakfast, and parking is extra. Would like to say it was clean, and overall it was, but we found a mask under a pillow. Seems inexplicable for this to happen, and makes you wonder just how well the room was cleaned. When we told the front desk, all we got was, "we'll alert housekeeping." Not what you would expect from any hotel, let alone one with this price tag.

The hotel's location is great, and the decorations is amazing. So many great places to eat nearby and the on site place is very good. Room on 10 floor provides awesome view of downtown. The issue came when I went to take a shower found hair in multiple spots. That was a big NO.

Great customer service but the cleanliness is a 0
The toilet was broke when we arrived so they switched us to a new room. In the new room it was throw up on the toilet and dried blood on the chair. We complained and they switched us yet again. Customer service was great but were in the middle of a pandemic, not sure how they cleaned everything but the toilet and chair. My daughter touched the throw up on the toilet handle and freaked out. So gross 😩

It was pretty clean, but I would be hesitant to stay here again at least while a pandemic is going on. The elevator is too small to really social distance. I would have taken the stairs if I wasn't put on the top floor. A hotel worker got into the small elevator with his nose hanging over the mask. Then I went to the desk to turn in the room key. The guy working the desk barely acknowledged my presence and didn't have a mask on. This is mandatory in the state of Ohio right now. The lady at the front desk upon check in was very nice though .

My room was definitely not clean. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was dirty under the sink and behind the toilet. Everything else seemed okay, but who knows?
