리모델링을 한번도 하지 않은것으로 시설이 노후화 되었으며 현재 지붕공사중입니다. 편의점외에는 주변시설및 식당 등 편리시설은 영업하지 않으며 숙박비는 굉장히 저렴한 편입니다.. 가족끼리 먹거리 준비해서 하루 쉬고 올정도? 가서 이용시설 등 산책할것도 없고 .
