service is ok but no kettle in the room and they charge for coffee and tea.. and bathroom are open. its mean no privacy in the bathroom.

No air conditioning !!
Hotel has no opening windows and despite being brand new, there is no “air conditioning “. The provide a “fresh air” vent in the rooms but it is not even close to air conditioning. No phones in the rooms so if you’re missing anything in your room you’re getting dressed and going down to reception yourself ( bath towels missing ) The staff was very accommodating ( bought small fans for our rooms) They were very professional and kind and can’t be blamed for cheap hotel developers Ps: they argue their hotel doesn’t have those things so that they can provide an affordable hotel model. Disagree, many nice hotels in same price range

Facilities and service were great! Liked the idea of giving the option to choose whether I really need my room to be cleaned at the first 2 nights or ii would prefer 10 CHF cashback at the bar/restaurant
