Perfect location, well maintained grounds!
This spot was perfect. Close to everything but far enough that you can still sleep before 3AM :). Bit of an older unit but cute. Had everything we needed. No sun on the patio for those sun dwellers out there, but the lounge chairs and the pool are so close it didn’t matter much. The bed was quite comfortable but not all pillows had pillowcases which was a bit weird. So many cute restaurants close we never felt far from the action or a nice romantic dinner!

Great location
The location was excellent. It was about 5 minutes to the beach and about 5 minutes to the marina where we spent a lot of our time. It would have been nice to have better tv channels as it looked like antena. Overall it was great.

First time to Cabo!
So pleased with the location and how well the grounds were kept. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. Security and front desk was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Condo had what we needed except a hair dryer. Contact didn’t get back to me on that. Unable to use patio due to noise of air conditioning unit. Plenty of lounging area on grounds near the pool. Will return!

A quiet oasis in the heart of Cabo San Lucas
Lovely central location in Cabo San Lucas but also very quiet and safe. Close to Medano beach and the marina area so lots to do within walking distance but also a great place to spend the day poolside. Unit is comfortable and clean; no issues at at. Ground floor access to pool area is great. Private bbq a bonus.

Better than represented!
All aspects of the visit were extraordinary; Jennifer went above and beyond in helping us find the property from the city bus - we were both new to Cabo - . The apartment/condo was in excellent condition, the bed was super comfy, the pool / pool bar / and staff were all first rate. Being so close to the medano beach scene was great, and jennifer also helped us connect with a fabulous snorkeling trip.
