Great hotel! The staff was really friendly and helpful. Other than the beds being a bit hard, we really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is out of this world, amazing service, modern clean rooms & excellent facilities. About 10min moped ride from Chaweng. Literally couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, great value for money, the best breakfast I had in Thailand, amazing service from all the staff!!

This is a brand new hotel and everything is new and trying hard to make it work. It was lout of season and there was hardly anyone there. Not a problem for me. It is a way from Cheong Mong so a bike is necessary but the hotel rates are so reasonable that 200 bah a day is very affordable

Staff were brilliant and helped us a lot from tricks and tips to the shuttle buses to the airport and town, couldnt fault them!!

The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly. Very new hotel. Off the main road, rent car or moped to explore the island.

We visited this hotel 3 times to check which room and arranged price ! Unfortunately we booked threw hotels .com so we would not loose reward nights , we were happy to pay difference we agreed , but on arrival we were told room was unavailable! But if we paid extra 10000 bht we could have ! We couldn't cancel as already paid , this didn't include breakfast! No porter was available to help with luggage! Also promised bigger fridge for medication , this didn't appear ! Our room was as expected , pool access , we had issue with pool cleaning ! Our room was also above gym and near lifts ! Sound proofing needed ! New comfortable beds and clean ! We met with management to discuss staying longer and was offered better price for any inconvenience! We stayed one night more but noise issues too much ! We were given free night stay and shuttle to next accommodation! New hotel worth 4 stars ! Just need to sort out some issues !

We had a Great stay at Nautilus, we were picked up from the airport and given water and a cold towel which I thought was a really nice touch. The service continued to be great, breakfast was good however they did run out of bacon and bananas. Only issue is the location which is pretty far from anywhere. You can rent a bike from the hotel which is a little more expensive then down town but the convenience is good. Transfers to anywhere are pretty expensive.

Nice new hotel, with good facilities. Nice roof top bar, a restaurant, pool, and a gym, and sauna which we didn't use. Its a little out the way, but if you are happy to get a scooter or car, its great to drive around and find nice restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. The basic Superior room was very spacious, comfortable, nice balcony, free wi-fi, tea/coffe, fridge, good air con, fan, sofa, tv with western channels, good bathroom, shower, free toiletries, soft towels, slippers, robes and a safe. As usual only a few hangers in the wardrobe, but this is the same everywhere.

Brand new hotel, stayed in a nice spacious room, we had a slight issue with the toilet and power cut during our stay as it was during storm pubak so wasn’t their fault. We also had a compliant from next door saying that the tele was too loud and the wall were paper thin. Apart from that, overAll it’s a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again.
