Property was really nice and in a good location. Would have loved if they had complimentary shuttle services like similar hotels.

Trouble at check in caused a slight delay in getting settled

Nice location and sea view, the swimming pool is amazing too however i didn't see enough activities for kids and families. The breakfast was good and tasty.

It was excellent and as name indicates it is for Royals. Super construction elegant design and state of the art equipment and fittings. This hotel is out of the world and the breakfast is 7 stars. Overall hotel should be rated as 7 and I will be booking this next time as well.

nice hotel nice swimming pool friendly staff there's a leakage from ceiling but they fix it food is not good enough; pasta doesn't have garlic bread with it. chicken is too much oily

I have mixed emotions with my stay here. First of all the hotel is stunning. All new & contemporary & the infinity pool & sun beds are epic! The staff are very friendly. One evening after enjoying a few drinks by the pool bar I went to my room to get changed for the night. There was a housekeeping staff member & an electrician in my room saying there was a problem. Which I thought was random as everything worked fine before but fair enough, it’s a new hotel, teething problems... I’m an electrician myself, these things happen. Anyway I explained I was going out and needed to change. I waited nearly an hour outside the room for them to tell me I had to change rooms. So I had to pack all of my things in darkness which wasn’t ideal. To add to the frustration they said they would upgrade the room but it was barely an upgrade. Just a sea view but smaller balcony. Anyway later that night after returning from the night out I noticed my wallet missing. I didn’t take this out with me, the last place I remembered it was the safe. It was a wedding gift from my wife & had money in which made it worse. I reported this &cancelled all cards & went through all the procedures with security, checked my old room with them etc. Upon checkout no sign of it still but I managed to catch the manager to inform him. Later that day the manger phoned to say that housekeeping had found the wallet but didn’t specify where. Very relieved to have the wallet back but downer on the stay.
