"Dear General Manager,
I am writing as a deeply dissatisfied and frustrated guest regarding the unacceptable Sahur meal service and overall lack of respect shown during this fasting month.
Your reservation agent has failed repeatedly to respond to any queries — I have made six reservations with zero acknowledgement. This level of negligence is shocking.
The Sahur meal quality is equally disappointing. The sunny‑side‑up egg was burnt, the so‑called half‑boiled egg was ice cold, and the roti canai was not even ready. We are paying the same price as breakfast, yet we are clearly being short‑changed. This is disrespectful, especially to guests observing Sahur.
Additionally, I ordered a room‑service briyani set for my non‑Muslim friend, and the fish was stale and bitter — completely unacceptable for any standard of hospitality.
The only positive experience worth mentioning is the Alamuddin room‑service staff, who were helpful, friendly, and meticulous with hygiene, particularly with the ice bucket.
I expect a serious review of your service quality and immediate corrective action."
"The hotel is new and the room appears modern and clean. However, during my stay, I experienced allergy-like symptoms such as irritation and discomfort, which I believe may be related to the strong chemical or formaldehyde smell from the new furnishings and materials. The odour was quite noticeable, especially in an enclosed space. While the facilities are new, guests who are sensitive to chemicals or smells may find the room uncomfortable. I hope the hotel will improve ventilation and air quality in the rooms. "

I wish to formally highlight a serious maintenance issue encountered during my recent stay.
The shower head was clogged with black mould and grime, which was highly unhygienic, and the shower drainage was not functioning properly. Although I acknowledge and appreciate the engineering staff for promptly repairing the drainage and replacing the shower head, this marks the second occurrence within the same year that I have experienced bathroom defects.
This is particularly disappointing as I had informed the reservation team prior to check-in and requested that these issues be addressed in advance. Unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously, resulting in repeated dissatisfaction due to defects in the same area. This indicates a need for stronger preventive maintenance and improved internal communication.
Nevertheless, I would like to commend the Housekeeping team for their excellent work. Due to my allergy to feather dust, the room was prepared with minimal dust and thoroughly sanitised. The room attendant and Supervisor Ram were especially attentive and ensured my room met my specific requirements. Their professionalism is greatly appreciated.
I trust that this feedback will be reviewed seriously and that corrective actions will be taken to prevent recurrence."
"Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel. "
