"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"Perfect for families of 4 or 5! Even though the space was on the smaller side, it was incredibly efficient and had absolutely everything we needed. Having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was a lifesaver, and the small living area/kitchen was a great bonus. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around whether you are traveling with a car or without one. Highly recommend"

"This hotel is still my favorite one in the area. Nice, big and clean rooms. Their breakfast is really good. The only part I didn't like was the construction during my stay. After suffering the drilling noise, I requested to get moved to a lower floor. The staff was very helpful about it and the noise level was almost unnoticeable in my new room. "Inmejorable estadía en Santiago de Chile. A pesar de haber llegado de madrugada Victor nos dio un caluroso recibimiento familiar en el check in. Al día siguiente, el personal de concierge me enviaron un regalo a la habitación para celebrar mí cumpleaños. Muchas gracias Hillary Gonzalez por tan especial compromiso con el cliente. Muy buenos vinos y cena en Restaurante del lobby. Muchas gracias Pablo y Felipe por sus atenciones como meseros. Parqueo muy seguro y desayuno muy rico incluídos. El desayuno muy variado y muy completo todos los días. Habitaciones amplias, cama muy comfortable, vista a la cordillera. Muy cerca de restaurantes y Arauco Mall, en la mejor zona de Santiago."

"Everything was great. The only inconvenience for me personally was the time for breakfast. They start serving at 7:30 AM. I little bit too late for me. They have an option of an express breakfast starting at 6:30 AM However, for people that paid for a full breakfast they get a bit short changed."

"Buena atencion auque siendo mi cumpleaños, siempre voy en esa fecha, olvidaron completamente este año mi cumpleanos. no esperaba demasiaso pero si como en otros años una tarjeta manuscrita con algun mensaje y alguna pequeña atencion como habia sucedido en viajes anteriores. De alguna manera el ultimo dia la perdona encargada de los clientes del club dea cerco y muy gentilmente se disculpo despues de una pequena charla y al volver a nuestro cuarto alli estaba una lindisima tarjeta con unos bombones equisitos. Muchisimas gracias ! A veces la sensacion es que el Mandarin Orientad de la ciudad de Santiago no reune las expectativas del los clientes que conocemos la calidad de los mismos atraves del mundo. Creo que existen pequeñas cosas que se podrian mejorar. La habitacion en la zona club del hotel es muy agradable con vistas maravillosas sobre la cordillera, el salon àra el desayuno te y aperitivos es excelente con muy buena cualidad de productos y atencion . Seguramente volveremos y le volveremos a dar una nueva oportunidad para el año proximo!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Dazzler Residences by Wyndham Santiago Las Condes. The property was exceptionally clean, and everything felt modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions, making the experience even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, especially the well-equipped apartment, comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and fitness center. The location is also very convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and attractions nearby. It’s also about a 1 hour and 30 minute drive from Valle Nevado Ski Resort, making it a great base for anyone planning a ski trip while still enjoying the conveniences of the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It’s a great choice for both short and extended stays, and I would definitely stay here again."
