"Everything was good, just the fridge too small and not able to freeze our ice packs, and the price looks too high "

"Stayed for a wrestling tournament. There are no elevators to the second floor. There is smoking allowed in the hotel and someone was heavily smoking marijuana and stunk up my room. When I called front desk about it I was more or less told to deal with it because weed is legal. The room was disgusting. Cobwebs and fluids of some type on wall. Didn’t get room service for new towels I had to ask a housekeeper to get me some. She put some on sink but didn’t bother to take old towels or take out trash. Tried to get in my room before checkout on my checkout day. Food at restaurant was microwaved and the bar didn’t have any stock of liquors or even soda water. Can’t access the restaurant/bar without having to go outside. Horrible hotel, rude staff and got a contact high while trying to sleep. "

"We were told to be extra careful when we showered because the steam could trip the very sensitive fire alarm which we’d be charged $500 for if it went off. Place was clean due to what I imagine is fear of anyone moving or potentially making any sort of action which may trip the Fire Alarm. Mothman did not prophesize this."

"Very polite front desk staff. They were understaffed she said so that kind of helped a bit with understanding why the place seemed so dirty. Room was fairly clean. Mirrors looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Elevator was nasty and sounded like a death trap. Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh food was brought out and everything was clean. Bed was awful. It was on a metal sheet frame so everytime you moved it made a loud sound. "

"The pool was the very best part of our stay. Heated and warm enough to walk right in. We really enjoyed the pool so much and the stay was worth it just for that. The evening front desk person (Susan) was also lovely and very kind and helpful. The beds were extremely firm and I found it hard to get comfortable. The room itself was fine. The breakfast was pretty minimal and the eating space was small. The employee cleaned up the breakfast foods/area while we were still in it (about 20 min before it was scheduled to end). "
