"Considering we stayed at the 2 star hotel, the reception lounge set this hotel apart from similar hotels because the facilities are shared with the 3 star hotel. There are no kettles in the rooms but, you can fill cups with hot water from the dispensers in the breakfast area (politely ask reception first). We arrived late and hadn't eaten. Fear not. Just up the road there is a fabulous fish restaurant called La Marina. Fresh fish cooked to order and sold by the kilo (25 Euros) or you can select...

"Great stay at Radisson Blu Rouen. The hotel is in a great location with parking available (extra cost) and easy walk to the city centre. Rooms are modern and comfy, with good amenities. Big plus: it’s dog friendly! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again."
