"The property was older but nice. The staff were polite and friendly the entire time. Just make sure if you do the Diamond Club experience, you do not get the butler experience. You have to stay in a Diamond club room to get a butler. That is not explained well on their websites."

Coyaba Beach Resort

"Coyaba is located centrally along the main beach in Grenada. Easy access to restaurants and shops in the area. Gated access to umbrella's beach bar next door. The hotel itself also has a couple restaurants and bars that offer food options until around 10PM nightly. The hotel rooms are older and a little dated, however it has the basics in that it was spotlessly clean, the showers were walk in tiled showers and the staff was superb in terms of customer service. The swim up pool offers a nice relaxing option, swim and have a drink or just relax poolside. There is a conference room on site which offers facilities for small gatherings. The hotel grounds were immaculate and staff paid great attention to detail in maintaining the curb appeal. The hotel uses European style plugs with the 3 squares so the round "european" plugs offered on Amazon are not compatible. The front desk did have some loaners available which was able to help us get connected to charge. All in all, an excellent stay and I will certainly be returning."
