"Hotel was in a very central location, close to everything. The Langham Mall is literally across the hotel and train station was 5 mins walk away. At first, they couldn’t find our booking when we arrived so there was a delay with checking in, however they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite which is the grandest suite we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff was really friendly and attentive to our young children. We will definitely return again."

"It’s definitely worth staying. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient, shuttle bus to the park and subway is located at the hotel front door. The restaurant is very expensive in the hotel, the buffet breakfast is worth the money if you take it as a brunch and take the opportunity to interact with Disney friend. My 23months son had a very happy time playing with Donald Duck. A big thank you to the staff! "

"The front desk staff are professional and friendly. They are well trained. They were able to check us in early despite we arrived at the hotel early at 10 AM. The hotel location is super convenient, it is close to a subway station and close to all major shopping areas (Temple Street, Lady Street, and Nathan Road). Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong. The concierge desk staff are super friendly too.
