"I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. "First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again."

"Hotel Central os incredibly convenient, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. So easy to get to the ski lift and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The spa is lovely, and we particularly appreciated the steam room and bucket shower (there are excellent regular showers too!)"
