I travel a lot and this place was just a hidden gem.
I am scared to give give it five stars because everyone will start discovering and I want to book for next fall or spring.

"This was a lovely hotel in a real residential neighborhood but with easy bus access to all attractions. The gelato place downstairs is amazing (be sure to admire the cabinets of finished cakes!), and the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff were amazing and very non-touristy. "

"Loved our stay! The entire property is so beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Do the breakfast buffet—best I’ve ever seen and so worth it before you take the shuttle (EUR 2.50 pp) into the city to explore. "

For example half a loo roll provided and they wouldn’t replace and it cost €8 in their shop. Location was good just out of city and there is a bus stop right outside. Not properties fault of course, but buses very irregular so a lot of time spent waiting around for one to show up. Lovely walk into city along river though and took around 1hr."

Quiet, but within easy walking distance from Piazzale Michelangelo, as well as easy walking/bus distance from the city center. Parking was easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast, but lots of options nearby. Would happily stay here again!"
