"Pros:
• Nice view from the street and from the restaurant
• Nice pool for the size of the property
Cons:
• Our room didn’t resemble the main photos for the hotel. Our room was sizable, but it wasn’t exactly stylish. Our room was said to have a resort view. Our resort view was through the back door that faced the pool.
• No receptionist on Sundays. Receptionist checked us in on Sunday (after we called the hotel), but pointed out that this was her day off, and she was only there to check us...

"Not sure how this star was rated an 8. This hotel was severely outdated. Shower head was rusted, bath sink had rust stains from the hair dryer. The towel rack in the shower had rust stains. The linen seem clean but had a stain on comforter. The furniture was old, it rained for 10-20 minutes several hours later the ceiling in my room was leaking. Hotel staff is not 24/7. Doors are not sealed from top to bottom so bugs can get in the room. Coach had stains and seem like the hotel suffer from rain...

"I have stayed at many of the ultra high end Caribbean resorts and although many are spectacular, overall this may have been the most beautiful. Perfect beach with gorgeous white sand accentuated by the resorts Moroccan architecture. All facilities were in great condition, lovely rooms all facing the beach, great food and fabulous staff. Everyone was wonderful to deal with, pleasant and attentive. A special thanks to Anthony the general manager who went out of his way to quickly corrected...

"I originally booked for 4 nights and ended up extending my stay. It is low season so there were not a lot of people at the property but I enjoyed it. No long waits or packed pools. "Malliouhana was the best hotel that I have experienced. The views were amazing. The staff really catered to their guest. For example, I told them a list of restaurants (outside of the hotel) that I wanted and they made reservations and ordered a taxi. They even emailed me the itinerary.
Privacy, customer service, cleanliness, views and pampering were all top tier. Bring some off because the mosquitos are present but that’s majority of the island. Bit this hotel is great for couples who want...
