"The property is nicely located on top of the mountains with incredibly views. The rooster sings in the morning making it an immersive experience. The property has beautiful flowers. They have a restaurant and meals are prepared fresh to order. It is tricky to find the place and the roads to get to the place are very steep. You will need a car or transportation to get around."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Bay Garden Beach Resort. It has everything you would expect from a large resort, just on a smaller scale. Pool, activities, spa, bars and bistro/cafe and the beach, with water park! The resort is conveniently located on the most beautiful stretch of beach St Lucia has to offer, close to the marina for boating excursions and a short boat taxi ride away from the Rodney Bay Fort and incredible - we got a picnic lunch packed for us for that 1/2...

"Property was awesome. One of the best all-inclusive I have been to. The property is spacious, clean, pools were awesome. Nightly entertainment was great. The buffet restaurant was excellent. The a la carte restaurants were okay.
The only issue we experienced was long delays in room service - exceeded 2 hours for food orders. The menu options for room service are also limited and the order were not fulfilled as advertised on menu listing. Options were also not available at times."

"We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and overall had a mostly good experience. The highlight was definitely the beach.. calm waters, crystal clear and perfect for relaxing.
That said, there are a few things that need improvement. The food was more or less the same across all the restaurants, which got a bit repetitive over time. Housekeeping came at very inconsistent times each day, and one day they didn’t show up at all.

"Overnight stay after staying at Sandals for a week. We liked the room overall. Bed was comfortable. We stayed on a saturday night and there is a music venue close by that was rather loud until about 1:30am. it really didnt keep us awake but just be aware. The onsite restaurant was on the expensive side, $50 usd per person for a buffet. Not to mention they have a bug zapper just above the food service area.
