It is ideal if you are driving, or willing to take U/taxi, because Cartagena's Transcaribe Transit does not reach the hotel area. The hotel has a small and very clean rooftop pool. The beach is across a highway overpass. Wifi is excellent. Air conditioning is excellent. I enjoyed the small restaurant and its service.
