8/10 Very good

Decent room and good shower. Self check-in works. Try for a harbor side room - the other side is not spectacular.

Spent one night after landing late in the evening. Lovely sea view from the room and a short walk to the city center. Easy stay and a cosy room.

Meh

It’s a shabby hotel without front desk staff. It’s near the airport which is why we chose it.
Andrea, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Convenient to KEF, one night is ok

Able to check in a few hours early which was very nice. Thin walls and very loud front door which meant you could hear it slam at all hours people coming and going. friendly Staff. Bathroom was tiny, no where to set anything or hang towels. Broken toilet paper holder.

I didn’t see any staff while I was there but the property is easy to contact and they respond quickly. If you’re staying the night in Keflavík this place is perfect. It’s next to the water, the rooms are comfy, close to the airport and a short walk into town.

Nice hotel. Self check-in. Convenient to the airport.

The hotel is a 7 min drive away from the airport. It is right by the water (some really beautiful views of the ocean from my room). The bed was comfortable, there was a lot of glorious hot water in the shower, and the room itself was fairly spacious. I would stay here again.

In a great location with a cool view. It was a bit confusing to get into and could use additional signs to help direct.
Amber, 1-night trip

Budget property, clean, easy self-check-in, comfy beds, decent shower. Close to the airport, safe parking, plenty of space.
Monika, 1-night trip

Best hotel to stay for flights departing early morning.Easy Parking facilities available.Self check in but still hotel staff available on call in case of emergency.Big spacious rooms with all amenities.Had a nice pleasant stay.
Imran, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property was nice (very clean, comfortable, nicely renovated). We also had a room with a balcony and water view which was an added bonus. It was nice and close to the airport which was convenient. Unfortunately, the rooms aren’t insulated particularly well and we could hear our neighbours. Overall, a good spot.
Candace, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

A very corky experience, but ultimately a good one.
Sheila, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

We didn’t really talk to anyone in reception. Everything is self check in. Rooms are small. Window was left open and room was very cold.
Janet, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Disappointing stay

We stayed here on August 23rd and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. When we arrived, we couldn’t even get into the building because the key code wasn’t working – we had to call customer service just to get in. Once inside (Room 202), the room was honestly in a really poor state: Hair in the bathroom and even in the bed sheets. Dust everywhere – on the headboard, windows, even the extractor fan which was completely caked in it. Dead flies on the windows. Stains all across the bedroom floor. The TV didn’t work and was literally held together with masking tape. Shower curtain way too big for the shower, which made it unusable. Would not recommend this hotel until they seriously improve the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the rooms.
Tom, 1-night trip

Mixed Review

Strange hotel with no one at the front desk. Just a message with codes sent out ahead. Rest of room was okay. Bathroom had two places with globs of hair, disgusting. Elevator worked.
Bathroom cupboard. Was going to put toiletries there
Shower had soap chunk and hair glob

Great staff, clean and spacious rooms, and very close to the airport!
Ada Carria, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Don’t stay ever. Total scam! Unsafe!

Worst. “Hotel.” Ever. Imagine a dirty, moldy, horror film storage closet turned into a “room.” Complete with sketchy electronic lock and ground floor door with cracked window. Absolutely no way to lock the main door from inside….i stacked furniture to create a barricade. The other door was simply put in to comply with fire safety egress….again, not secure at all. “Room” overlooks a working doc and is below a restaurant. Constantly noise 24/7. Patio….fore escape was littered with broken bottles and cigarettes…..showed signs of homeless staying there at night. TV was non-functional. No other amenities. Bathroom shower was full of mold and smelled of sewage. I literally packed up in the middle of the night and went to sleep at the airport after random yelling, fighting, and banging on my door occurred. There is NO on site staff for assistance.
