Closed property is being fixed up b
New management is trying to make a go of it in a large, but disused old motel. There is not even a sign. Management could not have been nicer. This is one of many motels that are being operated by a minority group. I sure they are successful, because they are trying very hard. It’s fine for a night solo, or for someone like construction worker. But needs a lot of work before I would take my family there.

Very Old, Good Price
Hotel was an older building which had been bought from a chain. No signage outside, no working pool, no breakfast as advertised on my booking. Room smelled clean. Upstairs guests yelled & slammed things against the wall most of the night. Manager was very nice. Only a few other guests staying here.

They are going through rebranding and updating their rooms. The main building is done but the other two buildings haven’t started. The updating was done fairly well. Lighting in rooms needs updating.

Looks outside can be deceiving
Don’t let the outside detour you. This $65 hotel was better than the $225 Super 8 we stayed in in Bozeman. Staff was friendlier, room was in better shape and management didn’t change rate, didn’t lie to me and didn’t charge my card for a night without my authorization.

It was difficult to find the property with little signage at night. The bed's comforter had a decent-sized brown stain on it and the shower tub/liner was a bit gross. Overall felt safe, and the staff was friendly, but cleanliness needs to be upped a bit.

This is a great value accommodation for travelers and road warriors. Large rooms, clean enough, comfy beds, well appointed and quiet with everything you need except the luxury you can’t expect at the economical price you’re being offered. We enjoyed our stay. Maybe you will too.

Room was terrific, outside not so inviting
Room was incredibly nice, given the state of disrepair in general at the property. Thinking it may be under transition, but the important part was a clean, comfortable, well appointed room. Signage, and outside repair, as well as common areas still obviously a work in progress. Great value overall!
