Nice, quiet and clean. Your basic amenities. I don't need the bells and whistles. It is downtown Toronto which is vibrant, but at night just be aware of your surroundings.

The service is very good. The front desk receptionists are friendly, helpful and very informative. The room service lady, her name is Natalie, who is from Ukraine, is very nice and sweet. Highly recommended!
