The staff were amazing. We turned up early and asked if it was possible to do an early check in after a long haul flight. They were so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful service
We travelled to London to have a birthday celebration. We chose this hotel because of its great location, but we did not expect such magnificent service!! We went out during the day of the birthday only to come back to fizz and flowers and a lovely decorated room!! The reception staff and house keeping went above and beyond!!
