For a reasonable price (considering the market) we got a large, clean room with adequate bathroom facilities and sufficient furnishings, and a good mattress. Nothing luxurious and evidence of needing some paint, but good enough. The restaurant is overpriced but has convenient hours.

stay was good, close to the airport. the shuttle stops coming after 11 so if you fly in late, dont expect it to pick you up. the worst part about this place, they charge their guests to park at the hotel. its ridiculous

I was there cause my daughter had a concert at the Prudential Center. So we were there for one night. The room was clean, comfortable. The bathroom is small but clean. My one complaint of the room is we only got 2 towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a drink at the bar and it guys there were also very nice and helpful. I would definitely be staying here again.

Great except for the shuttle driver
My stay here was overall pretty good except for the shuttle driver. He complained that I had too much luggage and that “I had better tip” him. I was planning on tipping him very well, and still tipped him because he did put my luggage in the truck, but demanding that a customer should tip is beyond rude.

I always stay at this location when I’m in Jersey. It’s a good hotel and located by the airport. It has shuttle service and other needed amenities. And of course cookies.

Really nice room service staff.
Good facilities such as gym and swimming pool. The food at the restaurant was average. The breakfast options was ok-ish. The staff was friendly. The room service staff was always willing to help and went the extra mile to provide a great service. My bathroom was leaking and they promptly sent someone to look into it. It is a shame the hotel charges for parking.
