This place was amazing, especially for the location and price. It was a little outside of the city proper, which means it wasn't so busy, which was nice. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful, and the reception area had many amenities for free - they obviously work to anticipate your needs even before you have them!
The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, safe, and a washer/dryer combo, which is great when you're in Japan for two weeks!
I wanted to mention the breakfast in particular. The staff in the breakfast area is exceptional! As a celiac, it was so appreciated that they have allergen labels on the breakfast items. They'll even make you scrambled eggs that are gluten free! One young gentleman in particular deserves mention (so sorry I didn't get his name). He was extremely friendly, helpful, and we became good friends in the short time we were there. He helped me learn even more Japanese than I knew going in, and we had some pretty good conversations, as he has a natural curiosity and asked some great questions!
This place was clean, convenient, and a lovely place to stay in Osaka!
