The big attraction for this place is clearly the pool and courtyard and it attracted a number of families with small kids. The kids loved the pool, the parents were able to sit in luunges around the pool. Not exactly our scene but it was OK. A bit noisier than we expected. We only stayed one night as our plans changed but it was fine.

Very expensive for the quality of the property. Very outdated facility. Room smelled strongly of sewer gas. I would avoid this property, unless you happen to enjoy the smell of sewer gas.

Pros… -Really clean and tidy. The sheets smelt so good. I think they were line dried. -The staff was always ready to help. - Oxxo and the Chedraui(big supermarket) were literally right around the corner. Cons… -other than the on-site restaurant( open from 8-3) not many cafés super handy. -Poolside rooms (most are) are quite noisy with all the families enjoying their holiday. If you’re looking for a quiet room, ask for the furthest from the pool. Would we go back? Yes🙂

Y me dijeron que no tenían platos ni vasos disponibles. Una sábana estaba sucia. Es muy notorio la falta de personal y la atención en servicios

El primer día me dieron una habitación qué no tenía buen WiFi porque era la más alejada, y en el día del check in out tienes que esperar a que revisen que dejas todo en orden antes de que puedas dejar el hotel, yo llevaba tiempo contado para ir al aeropuerto y eso si me molesto un poco.
