The hotel room's sanitation system obviously malfunctioned. The toilet reeked of urine smell and despite us scrubbing and cleaning the bathroom and toilet, the urine smell remains. The room temperature is also badly controlled such that we could not sleep as it was too hot and we in fact checked out early. The saving grace is the dinner buffet as the food is of good quality

Natural Twin room is spacious.
Onsen and restaurant food are good.
Like the amenities provided.
Only thing is no room service - they only changed towels and trash bag need to place at the door yourself.

Improvement needed
A hotel with nice interiors but very poor service.
KiKi takes in guests from all over the world but their staffs speak mainly Japanese.
We were caught in the Japan Typhoon Hagibis. It was difficult to communicate our request to help us with a ANA airlines help number and when he finally understood us, this male relationship guy told us we have to do in ourselves. Another request to help call another hotel is also turn down. This time round, we were told no outside call.
We have never encounter such service anywhere in japan. Our best experience in KiKi are with the daily housekeeping ladies and their breakfast staffs.
Kiki, your international guests need more than a clean nice hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the location was very good, too.
We stayed two nights there, however, we could have only Japanese style Tatami room (West Building),and the room was kind of old. That was the only disappointment.
The hot spring bath was good and the breakfast was good, too.
You have to go this hotel by taxi or by car.

OK hotel, room stunk of restaurant grilled food
Initially very excited about location, and layout of hotel. Decent buffet. Our room 267 if memory serves me right overlooked the main exhaust vent of the restaurant grill and our room stank of grilled food as a result. We did tell the reception staff, and they promised to de-odourise the room, but either they forgot to do it, or it was useless endeavour.

Quiet and peaceful onsen experience
Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. There was sufficient space to sleep at least 4 people though we only had 2. Hotel staff spoke minimal english which means you can't get much help if you have queries. Had wanted to get an english map of the surrounding areas of the hotel but the reception staff couldn't find one (we translated that request using google translate). There was a wide variety of food at the buffet dinner. Was quite impressed with the mini hotpot that you could select a variety of ingredients and soup base from. There was plenty of different onsen types to choose from at their public bath. Felt like a water theme park if you're new to the idea of public bath.

Very good location to view sunset
The location of the hotel is very good. It is just located next to a very good spot for viewing sunset. We are very fortunate to meet a very good day and the sunset is spectacular. The dinner buffet is very good. After more than a week of cold veggies, we are so happy to find a hot pot on the table for each guest. We have very good hot food for two days.
