A great location very close to the Piazza Bra and the Arena, the shops.... We had a warm friendly welcome on arrival. The reception team spoke excellent English. Our room looked out onto the courtyard garden and was very comfortable.

I expected better for the price. Whilst clean, the AC was not performing well. The bed was terrible ~ super hard mattress (if that suits you then you’ll be happy). Overall the hotel rooms are tired and in desperate need of transportation to today. Only one power point was working there charging our phones was a challenge.

Perfect location. Staff are lovely and friendly. The room was was spacious for the two of us and l loved the classic decor. We had a drink at happy hour in the little bar onsite and used the garden courtyard it was lovely. Easy walk to main sight seeing. Would stay again
