Recent stay at Port Alicante

Paid for parking (€15 per day), but constantly had problems with the barrier getting in and out of the car park which was frustrating. There are 2 lifts in the hotel and both of them have a strange horrible smell. Good location and lovely staff

Nice and modern looking hotel

Nice hotel, clean and modern with swimming pools. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. Location is not so close to the city centre, which in my opinion is a disadvantage, and it's not very close to the beach either, takes 10 to 15 minutes walk to the San Juan beach.

Alicante - hotel and city - well worth the trip!

Well, absolutely lovely hotel located to north of Alicante City, near great beach and promenade. You can easily reach the hotel or city via the TRAM lines 4 and 5. As for the hotel, we choose half board and got to say be it Breakfast or Dinner food quality was excellent. Only let down at breakfast, was a hot water dispenser and mugs for a cup of tea :-) The queue for coffee machine was too long. Bedroom was well mainted, but I wish the pillow selection was better and spme UK english channels on TV would help. DO NOT forget to use the pool on roof and sit and take in the views!

A Hotel Worth staying at!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Perfekt location in a super calm neighborhood. They have two supermarkets close to the hotel, bus and train transformations close around and also the beach!!! They also have a church right outside the hotel that blessed us the first night of our stay with their music and preaching that Sunday. Above that is the condition of the hotel so good. So modern and beautiful. The pictures is so true in real life and it was an stay that I would most definitely recommend and stay at again. No hype what so ever, this hotel was super friendly. The only thing I personally would loved was if the pool area was open for a little while longer than 7 & 8pm but other than that I really and truly have no other things to suggest they could do better. The room temperature was also available to adjust so that was super comfortable. Yeah, over all 10/10 stay!!!

We went in early October. Its an easy tram and bus journey into Alicante. The pools are fresh but lovely. The rooftop barvis fab and the brekfast suits all appetites. Would definitely go again.
