Truly Exceptional – A 3-Star Hotel That Feels Like So Much More
From the moment I stepped into the building, I was completely blown away. For a 3-star hotel, this place far exceeded every expectation. The reception area, though not huge, is absolutely spectacular—stylish, modern, and immaculately presented. It gave an immediate sense of quality and care that set the tone for the rest of the stay.
What truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. Without doubt, the most helpful and genuinely welcoming team I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Sergio, Joanna, and others went out of their way to make everything perfect—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
And then there’s the rooftop. A stunning pool with panoramic views stretching across the city, including a breathtaking view of the cathedral just a stone’s throw away. It’s the kind of place you could spend hours relaxing, soaking in the atmosphere above the city.
I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It may be rated 3 stars, but in every way that matters, it delivers a 5-star experience.
