Good Resort, bit far from city
Very good location per se, but bit far from most places. It's a resort, great for family and elderly. Not that great for singles or friends. Breakfast was ok initially, but last couple of days it deteriorated with most items running out Property is decent and room are fine. Very friendly staff, though reception staff are not that great with English, at times.

Perfect Stay
The staff really make this hotel something special. Everyone wr met was kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, we had two very had nights sleep, but this was due to four adjacent rooms being shared by a large familywho had no respect for other guests and allowed their children race screaming along the corridor unitl after midnight whilst the adults had a party slamming doors with loud conversations in the corridor. The hotel was very proactive and professionally dealt with the issue. We visited a well known hotel up the road and found the Park Royal to be a far better hotel! We would love to return and would recommend staying at the Park Royal

But a SHOUTOUT to afzal who was cleaning our room 360.. he made us enjoy our stay so much more with his creativity with the towels.
