Family time
It was overall a good place to stay. Room was spacious. Elevators are throughout the building. It was very cold in temperature in the foyer and the Hudson restaurant. The pool had warm water in it, but the chlorine seemed very strong. Part of my swim suit got bleached out and I had a skin rash that burned my legs after being in the pool 60 minutes. It seems like it needs some freshening up, but would stay again.

The room was dirty, hair all over the bathroom, used flosser on the floor, etc. The pool bleached my brand new swim suit. The rooms are loud. Restaurant is expensive.

It was just okay
We were so excited to stay! We arrive at 3:20 for our 4:00 check-in and were told that it was a $25 fee per room ( we had more than one) so we decided to wait. Unfortunately that created an overcrowded lobby that was extremely cold because of the doors being open so much. The staff was so friendly and really trying to navigate a tough situation. Then, everyone tried to rush the front desk at 4 because there was no system on how to arrive first. Room was big; spacious and clean. One other thing is that we were never offered our sparkling wine that was listed in the description. I’m bummed. We have family nearby and would to create a space we can keep returning too but this felt like a miss.

Pleasant and cozy, but serve breakfast before 8am.
The hotel is nice and has a cozy feel. I enjoyed my stay, but, not serving breakfast until 8am, is a poor choice. Not starting until 8am, does not allow for anyone traveling for work to enjoy a meal before heading out for the day.

They did not allow early check in. They stated it would be 25.00 to check in twenty minutes early. There were people waiting around lobby to check in. However, then they started allowing new people arriving to check in ten minutes early and before customers who had been waiting.

Looks pretty, but just ok hotel
Didn’t get much information from front desk. Find it helpful to hear about parking, pool, breakfast etc. Felt a bit on your own for that. We found the pool but the hot tub had an accident in it. Some people that were already at the pool told us not to use. Breakfast is really brunch and wasn’t available when we needed it. External hotel noise was loud. Not hotels fault, just something to be aware of.

Hotel is beautiful but could use a dredging up. Room was comfortable but could use better lighting. The mattress was hard as a rock and the blanket was paper thin. However my fiancé & I hard a great time and we will visit the hotel again.
