Stayed here for a few days visiting Toronto to see a few Blue Jays games, hotel was clean and the app was easy to use for access to the front door and the hotel room. Also close to a lot of tourist sites, will stay here again when I come back!

Location was definitely excellent. Close to everything being in the Entertainment district of DT Toronto. Short walk from union station, close to the ball park and transit, etc. The area is probably for the younger crowd - noisy every evening with bars and night clubs just below you and with trucks and coming and going at all hours of the night. We are in our mid-50s and not in the "scene" anymore - Lol... Ask of a room in the back of the building or a higher floor may help with noise. Had problems with the mobile key working and not working, but I think they had some of their staff working the front area during the day.

It was really convenient to have coded entry. The area felt safe and had lots going on. The room was small though and I found it odd that the entire bathroom was just frosted glass. Would be okay if it was a single or a couple staying but probably not ideal for friends.
