For my business trip in Munich the Jotel was well positioned and well run with friendly staff. The parking is 30 euro per night and breakfast is also 30 euro each, this might not suit every budget and is the highest ive ever paid for breakfast. Other than that the place is good and facilities too rate.

I did not like the room. The wellness area was nice. The pool was bigger than I expected. The gym was a good size and had plenty of machines for a complete body workout. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods and tasty.

Bewertung von Aufenhalt in Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark: 2 nights with a lot of noise at the level above our room (21st floor) so that we waked up several times during the nights. It is concluded that this level of noise during the night is not acceptable and a discount on the room rate is justified. When I inquired, at the front desk, what caused this high level of noise it was replied that on the 22nd level only a swimming pool is present. It is obvious that this is not the truth and that others sources/activities are responsible for this noise. It is believed that the 'permit for this hotel' (no sound damping installed at the 22nd floor level?) does not comply with building rules and allow the sources of noise to be transferred to the 21st level of hotel rooms. the hotel. Have stayed in my share of Sheraton’s all over the world. First time to share this one was first today so not stay here. It is also a full time apartment building, which I found odd for a hotel. They were doing some type of constructions and were drilling on the floor above us at 7:00 am. Called the reception desk and promised us no constructions was being done. Really? Funny how the receptionist even mentioned she could here the noise over the phone. Won’t be back here ever again and warn anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay with a quiet room.

30 degree heat and air conditioning was useless! asked for a fan 4 days on the trot did not receive one! Didn't sleep for 4 days! This hotel is in desperate need for a refurb rooms smell old and musty definitely not a 4* reception area is misleading very modern and COOL! but once in the lifts you enter a time warp!

I just arrived in the hotel and there were a plenty of hotel guest awaiting for just one receptionist. Even more there was no restaurant, a chaotic parking in the underground, 2 from 6 elevators are not operating in 22 storage building and the rooms are very noisy. Certainly I never will come back to this hotel.
