When we check in we didn’t get the room we paid for and felt let down as they would not give us the room that we had booked and no negotiation. Hotels.com did say they tried to get in touch with the hotel to try and resolve the issue but they would not answer.There was lots of rules like no drinks apart from what was bought in the hotel at poolside we only had coffee in the room no tea and you only got a bottle of water this was not replaced every day. it being quite a small hotel we were thinking this place would have a bit more of a relaxing atmosphere but we did not feel relaxed at all and spent most of our time out of the hotel complex. Not much thrills attached and quite far from seafront. Breakfast was ok some of the food quite cold.
