I have stayed enough times at this hotel to feel as though it really is a home away from home. I love how the team here recognize me and service is professional, warm and welcoming. Just back from Java and it was bliss to experience the lovely cool, white, crisp bed linen and the enormous bath towels which I always love at this hotel. But the cream that rises to the top here is how wonderful the team is and how they always care for me - it will be hard to go back to reality!

Hotel in need of refurbishment

The cleanlines of the carpet is lacking especially at the corners. Some part of the corridor's aircon is not working . Was bitten by mosquitoes on 2nd night stay , the cleaners might have left the door open when making the room thus enables the mosquitoes to fly in. The standard of the sunday brunch in the Cafe Gran Via has gone down over the past years.if not for the grilled beef, the rest of the standard is not up to par.

Fasilitas hotel sangat bagus, kamar luas dan nyaman namun kurang ok utk sarapan buffetnya.menu indonesia terutama nasinya tampak ssperti nasi yang sdh lama dipanaskan, berwarna agak kuning dan agak keras dengan peletakkan di magic com yang terlihat lumayan menyedihkan utl sekelas bintang 5.
