My stay was amazing. The property is beautiful. The front desk staff were very accommodating. Anything I requested, I received. The pool was nice and the place was quiet! I would stay here again. Housekeeping kept the room clean and the AC was kicking.

Absolutely stunning location and just the most amazing staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and possible and well fed 🥲. Couldn’t thank the kitchen staff enough for accommodating our late arrival and our early breakfast requests! The staff at reception was super helpful and everyone was just so pleasant, polite and ready to help or assist with any and everything. I arrived in Grenada via sailboat just before Hurricane Beryl came sweeping in, and I had initially intended to stay on the boat, but it went from Cat 2 to Cat 4 overnight. So I decided to find lodging and take shelter on land. The staff was outrageously friendly and accommodating during my stay, even though I assured them that I wasn’t there to be waited on…just riding out the storm. Between reopening the kitchen to make me some food after shutting it all down and picking up some provisions at the supermarket for me, they were amazing. I hope to be back one day to enjoy the property for the “usual experience,” as they described it. Many thanks and lots of gratitude to the Bay House staff!

Wonderful stay overall. Very comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from the hotel. Eggs with the standard breakfast would have been nice. Be prepared to get a workout if you will be taking daily walks to and from the hotel. ( the terrain in Grenada is very hilly and to have that gorgeous view you would need to be somewhat at the top )

Definitely not walkable to the beach but they do offer transport everyday to the beach and there is a mall opposite the beach facility which is nice. Our stay was superb! The staff are quite helpful no hesitation with any questions we might of had. We will be back in time to come.
