I highly recommend this hotel for many many reasons. The location. The rooms. The tea service. The staff. And it was an absolutely magical experience staying here at this time of year with everything decorated for Christmas. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about booking this place. This is a great place .The inn is part of a bigger complex. Our room was delightful- classic old manor estate home . Great location ; 10-15 minute walk to everything. Breakfast was similarly fun and well done . Parking was easy - an extra $15 but worth it . Would absolutely recommend this Inn- makes for a fun and enjoyable Victoria getaway.

The hotel is kept in old English style. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean but somewhat poorly maintained. Our room had furniture with big stains, poorly hidden electrical cords shattered the look of the room, it also had a very small TV and no AC was available. More value for money may be found elsewhere. Breakfast was good and the location too.
