It had all the amenities I wanted plus it was nice how close it was to the train station for traveling. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to Japan!

Centrally located hotel near the Kanda station. More laid back feel. Staff spoke English and the location was popular with foreigners. Some good reasonably priced places to eat nearby.

My room at this Sotetsu inn is slightly bigger than the one I stayed at in the Ueno area. Room is quiet and comfortable, though you should mind the height difference when you step out of the bathroom. Nonetheless, this hotel provides stepping stools if it bothers any guest. A short walk to the JR Kanda station.
