Got an upgrade to the juinior suite which was very nice, but the bathroom had some black mold in the grout and the mattress and pillows needed to be changed, as they were lumpy and overused. Staff is however nice as always, and the daily cleaning was very good.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is amazing. It is in a great location close to shopping at Kurfürstendamm, the park Tiergarten, and Berlin Zoo. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are a great size. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with many things to choose from. And also great service! We stayed at the hotel because of the Berlin Half Marathon, and they let us all use the showers in the spa. That was amazing. Also, there is parking right under the hotel. Very convenient.
