Great hotel

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We had a self catering suite which had everything you would need. We made use of the restaurant one night which was really good! Staff were really helpful. The hotel was well located, a short distance from the airport but also convenient for travelling into Zurich city centre, just a tram ride away.

It was an absolute delight to stay the night here. I looked at the reviews on Google and didn't agree with them at all. The hotel staff were polite, kind and helpful. Hotel location is quite convenient, located near supermarkets and the airport itself! The rooms were clean and had what we needed. If I am remembering right, Vlodimir greeted us, set us up in a lovely room and gave us all the info we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in Zurich!

Good Stay

Stayed here for two nights. It was conventionally located near the local grocery store and tram station. There is nothing to do near the hotel itself but the tram could get you places easily. The room was clean upon arrival. But the cleaning service during the stay wasn’t amazing just switched towels and made bed. The fridge only worked when the key card electricity was in so when you went out you couldn’t keep anything cold. The hotel itself was safe, clean, and good for a quick stay!

Some staff was good, since our fridge does not work ha puts my package to staff fridge, but later of the day front lady refused to it and told me to put in the common area which was easy reachable by anyone. The room was good, particular mattress. Close to tram station !

Wonderful stay

Enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. Excellent transport links just a stones throw away. Great location - just 24 mins away to Zurich HB which is central to the city. Also only 12 mins away from the airport. Very clean throughout, staff are very friendly and the new Luigia restaurant which caters throughout the day is very good.

The room was very nice and the staff were great. Good location, my main complaint is that the beds in that hotel are absolutely terrible. That is why I’m only giving this hotel a few stars. Very good location tho right next to multiple tram lines and near the airport
