Zero service for late check in.
Arrived late. No one in the reception despite that it was inside the opening hours that we were informed. Self check in at a machine at the door was really slow and annoying. No info about parking basement so we had to find a parking garage by ourselves late in the evening. Zero service.

Our stay at Hotel B&B in Rostock fell short of our expectations. Despite booking a four-bed room, we were given a room with only three beds, indicating a possible miscommunication between the hotel and Hotels.com. The rooms were uncomfortably small, leaving us feeling cramped and restricted. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, failing to meet our culinary expectations. While the staff were polite, the issues with room allocation and the underwhelming breakfast left us unsatisfied. We recommend that Hotel B&B improves communication with booking platforms to prevent such discrepancies. Additionally, investing in more spacious rooms and enhancing the breakfast offerings would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. We hope that this feedback aids in the hotel's efforts to provide a more satisfactory stay for future guests.

Indcheckning var forfærdenlig langsom, ikke personalet men procedyren.. Fjernsynet virkede ikke, og vi kunne ikke lukke det ene vindue. Der var kun een kaffemaskine, der hvor vi sad, det var virkeligt for dårligt. Men vi kommer gerne igen.

Serviceminded receptions personale. God parkering i hotellets kælder. Gratis offentlig transport i hele regionen, når byskatten er betalt til hotellet. - Og der er stoppested for 4 letbanelinier lige ved hotellet.
