Be wary.
My first issue was I had a message from them at midnight whilst I was asleep and I woke up at 3am, heading to the airport the next morning. Asking me to update my credit card otherwise my room wouldn’t be reserved.
I wasn’t pleased that they could have told me this days before the actual day of me checking in. I messaged back saying, I have no way of updating it and no evidence on my side to show that it needs updating and I also explained that I wasn’t happy how they messaged at midnight to let me know this. So I explained on this occasion they should keep my room on hold as I’ll be checking in that day.
Only to get told by policy they need a pre authorisation. No apologies.
When I get to the hotel, worrying I had no room. I was able to check in as normal. No apologies at all for inconvenience. Please be wary.
