The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was excellent, only complaint is the tub would not drain properly, difficult to take a shower. Other than that the stay was lovely.

Excellent location and a very comfortable hotel.
Room very clean and comfortable. On one occasion when using the bar I visited the ladies toilet. Condition of toilet was quite frankly deplorable. We didn’t always get our tea and coffee replenished but I’m sure we would have if we had requested. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Brussels and within easy walking distance of the sights and pubs/restaurants.

This is an excellent hotel located right in the centre of Brussels. My wife was taken ill half way through our four day stay, the staff were excellent and went above and beyond their job descriptions to assist me in obtaining what i needed, they were polite and helpful, right down to the cleaning staff, all brilliant. Right in the middle of the Brussel Central, close to the metro, all exciting restaurants and beautiful, historic buildings!!! The room temperature could be regulated better since the air conditioner didn’t work well. The Rotisserie is wonderful. The breakfast has a lot of choices but could be better. The staff are superb!!! I highly recommend Brussel Marriott Hotel Grand Central as a place to stay for vacation!

The concierge department was 10/10. Charles Fouich in the food and beverage department was extremely helpful and his level of service was mind blowing and exceptional.
